What is your return and exchange policy?

Exchanges or returns are only possible if we have sent a defective or incorrect item. The product must be unused and undamaged by the customer. All custom orders are non-exchangeable.

All orders are final and non-refundable, but if an incorrect item is sent, you can request an exchange within 72 hours of receipt. Claims made after this period will not be honored.

For nationwide deliveries, once ready, your order should reach you within approximately 5-7 business days.

For all international deliveries, the time frame is stipulated by our logistics partners and affiliates.

Unfortunately we are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed. This will allow us to pack your orders efficiently and to minimize errors. It is advisable to check your order before placing it.
